What a wonderful stay

The house has electric baseboard And the thermostats are locked in boxes. It was sent to 62 during daytime hours but it cranked up at night. There are mini splits that guests can control but for December stay in New England, it would have been nice to have the mini splits on and warming the house when we checked in. Leaving the baseboards at the same temp might be better than it going up a night. The bunk room is in the same place as the mechanical equiptment so it wasn’t a good place for kids to sleep because the machines were going on and off all night. The bathrooms and kitchen were quite rundown, but the common spaces were perfect for us! I don’t know if the price changes seasonally but I would have felt better about the value if it had been summer so we could use the pool. Location is excellent, very convenient. It snowed so great that there was a shovel and salt! Would stay again for sure.

What a beautiful house! We booked it for a girls’ weekend with five of us and it worked perfectly. It’s beautifully decorated - the bright contemporary artwork made for a fun and peaceful vibe. The mattresses and bedding seemed to be high quality — we were all really comfortable at night. The kitchen had lots of counter space, there was a big dining room table for us to eat at, and a fantastic setup in the living room where we could all face each other to talk or face the tv to watch together. It was only 3 min from Stop and Shop which was so handy. The host was very responsive from start to finish, usually replying within an hour. Highly recommend this place!

Host was very responsive and kind. The house provided adequate space for our family. Amenities available are great. The outdoor patio area is great and the pool is large and kid friendly. The only walk In shower is very small and difficult to use if you’re tall or heavy. Overall a very nice home.

Enjoyed a three week stay while working in the area. The neighborhood is mostly a quiet bedroom community with nearby essentials. The house was well equipped to prepare meals and enjoy some downtime.

Our stay was excellent. The property is situated in a beautiful location and immediately felt welcoming, just like home. The kitchen and coffee bar were thoughtfully stocked, making meal preparation and mornings especially convenient. It’s clear that great care was taken to accommodate family vacations, from the wide selection of board games and foosball table to the versatile dining table that doubles as a pool table. I highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a comfortable and family-friendly getaway.

Great host, clear instructions for check-in and usage of the house, nice and quiet neighborhood. The house is spacious with good amenities and has great potential but definitely needs some TLC. Pros: the pool/ping pong table was pretty cool which the kids definitely enjoyed, the living room area was nice too with a good amount of board games and the beds were comfortable. Cons: the pool wasn’t very clean, it looked like the water level was lower than it is supposed to be so it wasn’t getting filtered so we didn’t use it. The house was very dusty and filled with pet’s hair. The bathroom carpets didn’t seem they had been cleaned before our arrival either. The bathrooms are outdated and need some maintenance. No blackout curtains in any of the bedrooms and some blinds are broken. Overall we had a good stay, just a little disappointed from the “luxury” expectations based on the pictures and the house description but nothing that a couple of updates and better housekeeping wouldn’t fix.

We had a great stay. No issues. Let us check in a bit early and let us bring the dogs. Nice location from Boston. We really enjoyed our time there.

We had a great time, everything was clean and tidy. The house was warm and welcoming, tons of space for a large family. Milan was kind and helpful throughout our whole entire stay. Will for sure return!

Great host and really responsive. Close to Natick mall. The kids had plenty to do while inside the home, and beds were all super comfortable. Host had some pool floats as well. The only things that could be improved is a little TLC and better cleaning. Most rooms were not cleaned well and we had to wash the dishes before using them. Floors were swept but extremely dirty. Blinds were really dirty and air conditioner filters dirty. The furniture and decor were updated but many areas of the house are showing age and outside could use some sprucing. Pool guy supposed to come on Tuesdays but never came. Overall, the host was awesome, let us check in a little early, easy check out procedures and again, very responsive.

Amazing property for my family's summer vacation. The host thought of everything. Loved having the pool right in our backyard. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Boston.

This was a great stay for two families traveling together. 3 kids and 4 adults. It was spacious and the pool was fantastic for the unusually warm weather we experienced while there. The house is as pictured and has everything you need.

Place was lovely. Large table for playing board games, and space for our group.

The property looked exactly like the pictures and was perfect for our needs. The a/c units were easy to operate, the linen was in excellent condition, the kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of activities to keep us occupied in poor weather. Location was close to shops & easy to find. We would gladly stay there again & can recommend it to others,

We celebrated our son’s HS graduation with friends and family. The house was amazing. The space is beautiful and works great for gatherings. Very close to everything we needed. Love this space would recommend to any guest in the area.

Overall stay was good, not great. It had a number of good amenities like a pool, pool table. But, the pool table being the dining table was not ideal for anyone with kids or who’s short. The one room with the bunk beds has the laundry room in it, not great for sleeping kids. Also, the bunk bed room had a door to outside where the pool is, not a safe option for littles. Luckily the host was super responsive and tried hard to make it a good stay. It’s a much better home for adults than kids, but it was nice overall.

A nice house in a great neighborhood. There is a YMCA nearby which offers day passes for the gym. The washer and dryer were very useful.

Loved the entire home and neighborhood! The house was kid friendly with lots of space and it was very clean and filled with a lot of fun things to do.

Close to everything. Lots of room. Clean. Many amenities like a swimming pool, convertible pool and ping pong, foosball, board games closet--lots to do. Smaller bathroom needs improved countertop space. Currently there is no where to put a dopp kit or makeup bag while getting ready. Kitchen is well appointed. Fully furnished with cookware, etc. Nice home, quiet neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The place was spotless and exactly as described. It’s in a great location close to the mall, grocery stores, and plenty of other spots, which made everything super convenient. The host was always responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and large property.

We stayed in Milan's place in Framingham in April 2025 during our family Spring Break. The home has a great atmosphere, is well designed and organized. The location is close to major exits for sightseeing in wider MA area, but also conveniently close to a large shopping center with all major shops, restaurants as well as a movie theater. The bed rooms were great: comfortable beds. The kitchen was well supplied with all utilities. The kids liked the Foosball table. Milan was a great host, with information provided upfront and swift response to questions during our stay. Would definitely come again!

The place was very nice and spacious. I loved how there was a verity of games and activities to do around the house (pool, table hockey, board games, etc). There was an issue with check in because although the code worked, the door was double locked so it took an hour to find a solution to getting in. The co-host was very helpful during this process making sure we were able to get into the home. Unfortunately a second issue arose when it came to parking because all my guest and I each brought a vehicle since we do not live near enough to carpool so to the neighbors it seemed like a party was going on. I was able to resolve the issue and we were able to find a parking garage and narrow the cars down to 4. Other than those two issues the host were very communicative and helpful and the home was very lovely and well stocked. After everything has been addressed, I would definitely book a stay again.

This was an excellent place to stay for a group of 7 in town for a hockey tournament. The place was clean and kitchen well stocked. I bet the pool is amazing in the warmer months, but it was too early in the year for our stay!

The house was amazing pool table, ping-pong table, foosball table, workable TVs in every room, huge washer and dryer lots of games that kept me and my granddaughter busy for hours .. Lots of sleeping with four bedrooms and quality, comfortable mattresses - we’ll be back ! Milan, a great host very responsive thank you

I recently stayed at this Airbnb just outside of Boston with my closest friends, and it was the perfect mix of fun, comfort, and convenience! The highlight of our stay was definitely the entertainment setup. The house had amazing game tables that kept us entertained for hours—whether it was a friendly (but competitive!) round of pool or a fun game night, we never had a dull moment. It was the perfect way to unwind after exploring the city! Another standout feature was the coffee bar—a dream for any coffee lover! We loved staying at Milan’s place. It was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and fun with all the games. We stayed there for my father-in-law’s service and celebration of life in nearby Marlboro. I was in town with my husband, sister and in-laws. Close to Framingham state and perfect for hanging out with family. This house if full of extra little things that make the stay super enjoyable. I highly recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.
